Running four YouTube channels sounds like a dream business: and for Jimmy, it is. Except for everything that happens when the camera stops.

Every live show ends the same way: the adrenaline drops, the energy crashes, and that's when the real work begins - clipping footage, writing descriptions, updating the tracker, sending recaps, checking who's still subscribed, posting to social media. None of it hard. All of it hitting at the moment he has the least left to give.

The problem wasn't effort. It was timing.

The membership side was far more reactive than Jimmy liked, and not because Jimmy didn't care, but because the hours that existed were already gone.

When we sat down with Jimmy, we didn't talk about AI. We talked about his week, we mapped where his time was actually going and what it was costing him, not just in hours, but in the content he wasn't making and the audience he wasn't reaching.

What we found wasn't complicated.

A series of manual, repetitive tasks happening at the worst possible moments. Tasks that could be handled automatically, invisibly, and immediately.

Phase one automated show preparation and post show activities, including social media distribution. The moment a live ends, the right message goes to the right places without Jimmy touching a thing. The post-broadcast admin crash now costs him almost nothing.

The time that frees up goes into the work only Jimmy can do.

Commercial building and reactive maintenance · 25+ employees · Est. 2002

The team at Build 4 Growth know a thing or two about commercial building and reactive maintenance. With over 22 years in operation, Build 4 Growth knows what it takes to deliver successful construction projects in demanding conditions.

Yet despite having established processes and bespoke IT solutions, the founder Seth Alderson knew the business could be working better, things could be smoother, and throughput faster.

The systems holding the business together weren't keeping pace with its ambitions.

That's why in early 2026, Build 4 Growth decided to work with Business IQ. To find solutions for the issues they already knew about, and to see if there was friction they were blind to. The team were well aware of AI and automation, but had no honest point of reference for how it could help them beyond the company's authorised instance of Microsoft Copilot.

8 friction points. 7 viable solutions.

We completed a Find session with Build 4 Growth. What we found was a business carrying more operational friction than it needed to. Manual processes, disconnected systems, and knowledge that lived in people's heads rather than anywhere repeatable. Systems and processes inherited over 22 years of growth, but so was the friction. It had become business as usual, invisible to the people doing the work every day.

A conservative 9.1x return on their investment over three years.

Seven of those eight friction points had clear, viable solutions where AI and automation could make a serious impact, lifting substantial strain from the team, liberating hundreds of hours of work, and returning significant value to the business.

A clear starting point has been agreed, the work is well underway, and we'll share the outcomes when we have them.
